Make sure you are walking for at least 20 minutes on a daily basis and wait for the magic to happen. Coupled with walking and spending time in nature, you will be unstoppable.

It is okay to take the stairs when getting to your office even if the lift is not broken. Going up to the tenth floor by climbing the stairs is not that difficult if you put your heart into it and the benefit is that your heart will get pumping exercising your cardiovascular muscle and this keeps strokes away. It is not going to be easy the first time but the more you do it the more you will get used. However, if you have to stop to catch your breath then it is okay. The food you eat is an important part in your physical fitness.
